WhatsApp ticket passes
Confirmed passes can be sent on WhatsApp when approved templates and delivery settings are configured.
When a pass is sent
- 1A free ticket is booked
- 2The team confirms a paid UPI ticket
- 3A walk-in or guest ticket is issued (not if already at the door)
- 4Someone RSVPs with a phone on their profile
Resend
In the admin ticket list, each confirmed guest has a Resend on WhatsApp button that shows Sent or the reason it failed.
Passes only go to valid Indian mobile numbers once the ticket_pass template is approved.
