What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and profile details when you sign in; booking, payment reference and check-in records when you buy tickets or enrol in classes.
How we use it
To issue and verify passes, let organisers manage their guests, send updates about things you booked, and improve Turnout.
Who can see it
Organisers and spaces see guest details only for their own events and classes. We never sell your personal data.
Payment details
We do not store card or bank details. Payment references and screenshots are visible only to the organiser and Turnout staff.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile anytime, and ask us to remove your data by emailing turnout.co.social@gmail.com.
