How everything connects
Venues, collectives, artists, events and audiences link to each other automatically.
The five building blocks
- 1Venues — physical rooms with specs, availability and bookings
- 2Collectives — the curators who run recurring nights, like publications
- 3Artists — one profile per person, reused everywhere they perform
- 4Events & lineups — the evening itself: tickets, performers, door check-in
- 5Audience & learners — people who attend, enrol in classes and borrow books
Links come from what actually happened
When an artist performs in a published event run by a collective at a venue, all three profiles show that connection. Nothing is typed in twice, and links stay correct when an event changes.
Classes and the library sit alongside events
Skills (Paathshala) batches and the community library belong to a venue and can be linked to teachers, artists or collectives, without being mixed into the event calendar.
